The Company received notification today that Radmat Building Products Ltd (“Radmat”) became interested in a further 25,000 ordinary shares in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”). The acquisition took place on 31 October 2012, and represents 0.14 per cent. of the Company’s currently issued share capital. Radmat is now interested in 719,539 Ordinary Shares representing 4.04 per cent. of the Company’s issued share capital.
