Northern Bear Building Services have been successful in winning a four year framework for kitchen and bathroom refurbishments along with window replacements, in partnership with LHC.
The contract was won through a two stage process of pre-qualification and tender pricing. The framework enables Northern Bear Building Services to carry out works for organisations (charities, local authorities, housing associations, social landlords, ALMO’s and others) without the need for them to deal with the detail and complexity of OJEU complaint procurement, taking pressure away from the individual technical teams when usually procuring such contracts.
Northern Bear Building Services are the only contractor in the region to be awarded this contract for projects with values up to £500,000.
