The Company was informed today that, on 2 September 2011, Mr. Jon Pither acquired 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”), representing 0.54 per cent of the Company’s currently issued share capital. Mr. Pither is now interested in 2,834,414 Ordinary Shares representing 15.38 per cent. of the Company’s issued share capital.
