Northern Bear is pleased to announce the acquisition H Peel & Sons (Holdings) Limited.
Based in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire, H Peel & Sons is an established interiors and fit-out business with over 50 years of experience. With a wide ranging portfolio providing excellent design solutions, H Peel & Sons has primarily operated in the hotel and leisure sectors. The acquisition is an excellent fit and welcome addition to Northern Bear and provides both sectoral and geographical diversity to the group.
The management team at H Peel & Sons have been with the company for many years and have committed to remain with the business for at least three years after completion of the acquisition.
