The board of directors (the “Board”) of Northern Bear announces that, at the annual general meeting held today at 5 Osborne Terrace, Newcastle upon Tyne, all resolutions were duly passed. In addition, in accordance with the statement issued in the annual reports and accounts, Keith Soulsby has stepped down from the Board to enable him to fully concentrate his efforts on the opportunities presenting themselves to Wensley Roofing, the business he founded and sold to Northern Bear in 2006.
