At Northern Bear, every company in our Group plays a vital role in upholding our reputation for quality and safety. Isoler Limited’s latest achievements are a strong reflection of those shared values in action.
Over the past few months, the Isoler team has reached some impressive milestones that reinforce not only their expertise but also the Northern Bear Group’s collective strength and commitment to excellence across the construction and building services sector.
Setting the Standard in Fire Door Safety
We’re delighted to share that Project Manager Stephen Overton and Joinery Division Manager Jamie Dunwoodie have officially become registered members of the National Association of Fire Door Inspectors (NAFDI).
This recognition reflects their deep technical knowledge and dedication to fire safety. NAFDI membership is awarded only to professionals who meet the highest standards of training, practical assessment, and compliance, making this a real achievement for both Stephen and Jamie.
For Isoler’s clients, it means even greater confidence that every fire door inspection and installation is carried out with certified precision and full compliance with the latest regulations.
Recognised by Hilti for Outstanding Quality
Isoler’s dedication to doing things the right way is also recognised through their Hilti Accredited Contractor status. This accolade is held by just seven companies nationwide and, uniquely, Isoler is the only one based in the North East.
The accreditation is a mark of exceptional quality and trust, recognising years of consistent performance, open collaboration, and technical excellence in firestopping installations. It’s another reason why Isoler continues to stand out as a leader in passive fire protection.
Taking the Lead at the Isoler Building Safety Conference 2025
Later this month, Isoler will take centre stage as they host the Isoler Building Safety Conference 2025 on Thursday 23rd October at the Crowne Plaza Newcastle.
The event is proudly sponsored by Bridgman IBC and will bring together professionals from across the construction and safety sectors to share insights, discuss innovation, and explore how we can all build safer, more resilient spaces.
It’s an exciting opportunity for Isoler to lead the conversation around building safety and a reflection of the trust and respect they’ve earned within the industry.
A Shared Commitment Across the Group
These achievements don’t just strengthen Isoler’s standing; they also highlight what defines the Northern Bear Group as a whole: expertise, accountability, and an unwavering focus on quality.
We’re incredibly proud of what the team has achieved and look forward to seeing the positive impact their leadership continues to have on the wider industry.
